For returns, please email mothernurturetea@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Make sure to keep your tea stored in an environment that is room temperature, dry, and not exposed to light, heat, or humidity. Teas can stay fresh for about a year and a half if stored properly.
